Your contributions make a difference.

Donate today and help preserve parkland in the South Bay.

As a member of the South Bay Parkland Conservancy, your donation and support help better our community by encouraging and assisting with the acquisition of parklands and helping to restore native habitat in the South Bay. The funds collected are wisely invested in:

  • Projects like rewilding Wilderness Park to bring back native habitat

  • Supporting native wildlife and pollinators

  • Creating opportunities for education and volunteers with students and local scouts and the community

  • Connecting butterfly habitat to support migration and breeding with projects like the recent Esplanade Bluff Garden revitalization

  • Advocating for gardens (Redondo Beach Community Garden), parkland, open space, and native habitats throughout the South Bay

As a member, you will receive a monthly newsletter (if you are not already signed up) about the South Bay Parkland Conservancy updates on all projects, member highlights, upcoming events, and selected activities. Members will also be invited to an annual member meeting (details TBD).

The South Bay Parkland Conservancy (SBPC) was founded in the summer of 2004, and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in the State of California in November of 2004. Contributions made to the SBPC are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Monetary contributions to the SBPC will help with our community outreach, and help to cover costs for materials and supplies for regular operations and special events.

Join the Legacy Circle

Our Legacy Circle members believe in the power of vision and bold action. Their generous contributions ($10,000 or more) enable South Bay Parkland Conservancy to continue identifying projects that uphold our founding principles and provide the resources to start and complete significant projects. This level of giving allows the SBPC to extend to a broader, more comprehensive vision for habitat connectivity and open parkland, creating opportunities and bypassing roadblocks - bringing the vision to life.
